We have been using Pro Lawn and Pool service for over a year. Prior to getting their help we spent thousands of dollars to get our pool clean every year and it always ended with us not being able to use the pool because it would be green all the time. When we met Mark he came and explained everything to us. He took his time and got our pool chemicals correct. It took a while because little did we know we had been using the wrong stuff for years. We relied on recommendations from a pool store and they had been selling us stuff we did not need and incorrect chemical. We assumed because that company was well known they were doing the right things for us. I could not have been more wrong. When Mark came he got our pool straight and took his time each week to help us out and explain what he was doing and why. He explained why what we had been using did not help us keep the pool clean and explained the difference between what we were using and what he was using. He would send me texts after he left to let me know if there was anything we needed to do until he came back the next week. Since meeting Mark our pool has been perfect and we rarely have to do anything ourself. Ms Dixie is also amazing to deal with. She makes sure to keep us posted on our costs and what our bill will be before we pay it each month. She explains everything to us if we have any questions. We rarely have questions because we know what to expect each month. If Mark has to do something extra or different, he makes sure we are okay with what needs to be done and with the cost before he does the work. We HIGHLY recommend this company. I tell everyone I know about them because they are great at what they do. They are also just great people in general. I truly cannot say enough good things about them. If I could give bonus stars for honesty, trustworthiness, and being all around great people, I would give this company 10 stars. Thank you Mark and Ms Dixie for allowing us to enjoy our pool for the past year with out having to spend a fortune and being able to trust you guys to do right by us! Because of you, Mark, we have been able to use our pool more this past year than we were able to in the past 4 years combined.

Great service. They were very friendly, reliable and quick. My pool had several issues, but they kept coming back and taking care of anything that needed fixing until I had a beautiful, sparkling pool. Definately recommend them!
